It is also the only city to survive an Aspect Calamity, giving home to the organization known as T.R.A.I.L., or the Terras Research and Aetheric Investigation aLliance. Due to it’s location, it is the only city without a Skyboat or Treeboat industry, relegated to less magical means of transportation through the river-made streets. In addition to this, the city is under a perpetual twilight, the light of the sun obscured by the ocean above. This has pushed the city to develop different means of lighting and solutions, resorting to Arcanitek bulbs powered by water magic, as opposed to other aspects. The population in the city is a more natural spread of Inerts and Magisouls, with very rare cases of tension

It is built from the remains of a pre-second-war town that was once predominately Magisoul, and is the only city that can leave nation lines and still be classified as United Europa Territory in its airspace. The city is built upon several major Skyboats, and is further spread between many platforms and supportive skyboats. The size class of the Skyboats that hold the primary roles in the fleet are known as Exceed-Class Skyboats. The Exceed-Class Skyboats are currently the Largest types of Skyboats that occupy a niche purpose in Skyboat development and are capable of housing and carrying entire cities. Capitale De La Vaillance, Political and Academic Captial of United Europa The city of Capitale de la Vaillance, or Capital of Valour, is a city built with 14 rings on the surface of a mountain named Mondagene De La Vaillance. The innermost center is built atop the peak, and descending to the foot of the mountain are six of the fourteen rings. While the city is built in a way that is not as steep as one would expect from literature about the mountain, it is one of the tallest peaks in the world, and the city’s building only made the peak taller. The city itself was built centuries in the past, with the aide of numerous Greater Earth Elementals, and an unnamed ArchMagus whose name was lost to time itself. The name of the city, and the mountain itself, was changed with time, marking the beginning and end of eras, before settling on it’s present name. The disappearance of the founding ArchMagus is rumored to be the source of the Prime Earth Elemental Avatar, as both continue to remain

(FAT GIRLS, WEIGHT GAIN, DEMONS, ROCK AND ROLL!) Midori hated leaving the city, it just wasn’t her thing. She felt comfortable in the bustling metropolis of Adipo City, with its cheap food and diverse populous. At this point in her career, Midori knew every corner of the city by heart! Every hotdog stand, park bench, and pizza-rat had been cataloged by her cybernetic brain. That experience left her the moment she set foot outside of the city limits. Yet here she was, driving some goth to some pitstop on the side of the highway. It wasn’t a high paying job, but a string of poor financial decisions left her pockets feeling exceptionally light. The little RV wasn’t the speediest vehicle, but the light night-time traffic meant that at least the trip was relatively unimpeded. Just out past the sign that said, “You are now exiting Adipo City,” was this little plaza. She pulled into a parking spot and flicked off the engine. “Oi, we’re here,” Midori said to the woman in the
